One page. Useful straight away.
Start with the example, then add enquiries or upload a CSV. Each new enquiry receives an owner and a reply deadline.
See which enquiries still need a response. Assign an owner, flag overdue replies and keep one clear follow-up queue—without adopting a new CRM.
No signup. No email gate. Works with your own CSV.
Fictional enquiries. Change a status and watch the queue update.

The optional n8n starter reads a Google Sheet and prepares a team digest. Connect your own accounts to enable scheduled email.

Both. Sample mode uses fictional data. Choose “Use my own data” to start an empty workspace, or import a CSV using the supplied column names. The free browser tool is usable without an account. It is a local workspace, not a shared CRM or a connected inbox.
No. The browser tool calculates deadlines while it is open, prepares a text digest and lets you mark replies manually. It does not monitor your email. The optional n8n starter can send a scheduled internal digest after you connect Google Sheets and SMTP credentials and enable its sending node. It never emails your leads automatically.
The browser tool does not upload your CSV or enquiry details. Data stays in memory unless you explicitly enable local saving. Local saving is unencrypted in this browser, not shared across devices, and can be erased by clearing browser data. Export a backup before closing an unsaved workspace. A public web host may keep normal access logs, but this app includes no analytics tracker or server collection endpoint.
Entries are deduplicated by enquiry ID, not email address. Reimporting an existing ID keeps the stored row unchanged and reports the duplicate. New enquiries use the selected reply window in elapsed hours, not business hours. Imported explicit due dates are preserved. Only New enquiries become overdue; replied and closed items do not.
A credential-free sample workflow and a Google Sheets → internal email starter. Code logic and template structure are locally tested; live account connections still need setup. Both templates are inactive on import, and the email node is disabled for a safe first dry run. They are not official n8n templates or an approved marketplace listing.
Yes. The browser tool and supplied templates are released under the included MIT license. Use, adapt and self-host them. n8n and other services have their own licenses and service terms.
